Nothing says summer quite like a trip to the lake! On Saturday we took our first boating trip in the good ole Northwest out to Clear Lake. This place is one gorgeous lake, let me tell ya! With clear blue water and Mt. Rainier in the background, I think this place was quite heavenly. One day, if I strike it rich, I wouldn't mind a little cabin on a lake just like this one! It sure felt nice to wakeboard again, even if the water was a little chillier than I'm used to! But I'll stand by the statement I made in 1st grade when I first stepped onto a boat, "This is the life!!!"

And to cap off this lovely weekend, I got a letter from the one and only Sara Washburn! Totally made my day! :) Can't wait for our grand reunion come August! Let's rock 2013-2014 school year!
